Okay here we go, you ever have a conversation with someone and the emotions are running high? You may be angry, tired, fed up; physically sick or just don’t know how to identify what you are feeling?  When everything is said and done you move on (or so you think) you find out retrospectively, what you heard was not exactly what was said? Ugh!!! I had a neighbor once who told me when I have disagreements with my (then) husband, the enemy would get in our conversation and change my words before he could hear them and change his before I could hear his words.  Well since I was a “girl” and all, I was thinking, yea well the enemy is not changing his words because he never has much to say, LOL.  Anywho recently I had the same sort of experience.  A family member was in the hospital and in my attempts to NOT allow my feathers to get ruffled to remain calm, cool and collected.  I didn’t call the facility or do all those things I would normally do to ensure that all the information was disseminated appropriately.

You see at this point in my life it is of the utmost importance that I remember who I choose to serve and simultaneously that means I need to know who is determined to break my bond with God.  The enemy loves using emotional situations to disrupt my relationship with God every chance he gets.   I thought I heard the family was having surgery and at some point I was sure I heard that the family member was in surgery and folks were waiting for the surgery to be finished.  Of course here I go making sure everyone is aware of what’s going on but with as little disruption as possible using public modes of information in 21st century more commonly known as Facebook, Twitter, Email and Texting.  The next day I find out the family member was being “admitted” for surgery however at the last minute the physician(s) changed their mind(s).

You know the light bulb just went off with 2 “buses” of thought.  (1) The 1st Bus was the enemy trying to get me all exasperated up in hopes I would rejoin his army of losers; (2) The 2nd bus was the collective payers that went up from family and friends and reached down onto the Surgery unit and changed the entire trajectory of this family members outcome and I would suspect since no one pulled out black dress and or black suits the enemies trickery and deception tactics have been spoiled again!

God still gets the Glory!!!!
